Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all materials provided are owned, licensed, or authorized for use.

Delays in Client responses may affect delivery timelines.

Fees and Payments

  • Fees for Services are outlined in the service proposal or agreement.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, all invoices are due within [insert number] days of issuance.
  • Late payments may result in paused services or additional charges.
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable VAT or other taxes, where applicable.

Intellectual Property

  • The Company retains the right to showcase work in portfolios, marketing, or case studies, unless otherwise specified.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, credentials, data, and financial details.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
